ROCK TILL WE STINKS!

After some waiting it is finally compilation "Rock till we stinks!" out now on hit me! records. 13 songs by 13 bands from Oslo and the surrounding area.

Crime Club, Goldcrush, Stinky Fingers, Amper, Fant,  The Replaceable Heads,  Sülk, Kongefamilien, Prikkedød, Gatecrashers, Feilfødt, Borderline Bitches, Pink Dirt.

Rock`n´roller Ziggy Hagen did Furore on Oslo´s rock scene in the late 80-century. With him in his Ryhtmbulldogs he had his good friends from Backstreet Girls. They released their only release so far, a 7 "EP with four songs on their own label in 1986. Ziggy continues beyond the 90-century with various ensembles in Rhythmbulldogs.

It's been a while since we heard anything from Ziggy last, but now he is finally out with a cd with eighteen songs pure,dirty rocknroll! 
With this time is, of course, his companions in the Backstreet Girls + guests, among others, Casino Steel, Ingvild Hammer, Pelle Ramon, Eivind Staxrud.

Happy new year! and welcome to hit me! records English version of the website.

Some things are on time for hit me! in 2009. Ziggy & the Rhythm Bulldogs-Boogie Woogie Knockout CD released in late January. De Sjenerte-Gutta fra 80-åra, CD-R released on Kræsj Records at the beginning of February. In May it planned to release a compilation CD with the band based on Oslo and the surrounding area. V/A-Hurra for Norway vol.4 can now be ordered from hit me! shop.

DE SJENERTE CD out soon!

DE SJENERTE gave its contribution to the Christmas `79 with the song "Drep Julenissen" (Kill Santa Claus) ". It was not so many that had the pleasure to hear the song during the Christmas season in 1979, but those who came by the shy's rehearsal room in Gjerdrum. Låta appears on the tape "Si ja til De Sjenerte" ("Say yes to The Shy") published by DE SJENERTE 's own label Blyge reckords in January 1980. The admission of the tape that contains 10 songs recorded in the rehearsal room on Gjerdrum, 20 & 21 December 1979. The tape was copied and published in an edition of 9 each (!). In January, then hit me! and Kræsj Records this rarely is again available, now that cd. As a bonus, it is 7 tracks recorded live at Venstres Hus in Oslo, in January 1980.

Backstreet Girls had been in London in 1994 and recruited the Irish rebell Pat Diamond as vocalist. He knew AC/DC and Faces, and seemed to be the perfect frontman for the band. "Don't Fake It Too Long" was recorded, but in 1995 Pat Diamond was kicked out of the country by norwegian authorities, because he was without a work permit. He returned to Norway a few weeks later, with short hair, as a Hare Krishna. This time the band kicked him out, and now one has never seen him since. Neither the album. But now time has come to release one of the greatest album produced in Norway.

Betong Hysteria was the first Norwegian hardcore band to give out something on vinyl. Their "Spontan Abort" EP was recorded in October 1981 and was published by Mind Expanding Records in 1982 .
